It was such a happy day when I discovered the mesmerizing way alcohol inks flow on ceramics. They take on a life of their own, drying into dozens of layers, the gold magically resting on top. My five-year-old calls them fairy worlds, and indeed, they are. I keep the jewelry dishes everywhere- by my kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, nightstand.
